Please note that an equity committee has been formulated for the purpose of ensuring propriety and protecting participants from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, vilification, or victimization. We expect that all participants to use this committee as a means of reform and resolution as opposed to punitive measures. The committee aims to ensure the competition is a safe space for all participants and for this purpose we promise confidentiality and thus encourage all participants to share their concerns without hesitation. We request all participants to collectively aim and strive for a healthy debating environment. We also promise our participants dedicated equity officers who will not tolerate discrimatory or offensive practices. Our officers are as follows
